Uploading Audio/Video to iTunes U

After you create an audio/video file:

1. Login to the BC Portal (Agora) and select "iTunes Podcasts" from your list of services. This will bring you into iTunes U.
2. Click on the course to which you want to upload the file(s).
3. Click on "Upload Files" from the top menu.
4. Select the tab for the area into which the new file should go (lectures, resources or assignments).
   

5. Click "Add Track," then "Browse." After selecting the file, click "Return to iTunes U" and the files for your course will reappear.

Organizing content in iTunes U

You can create new tracks for your files by selecting Edit Page from the top menu and using the + icon on the left of the tabs bar.

In the tab management area which opens, you will be able to type a name in the field where "New Group" appears and use the access menu to determine how the tab will be used:

"No access" can be used to create an area for files you wish to upload and store before making them available to students. When you wish to display them, click Upload file again and then check the boxes next to the files and use the "Move Selected Tracks to" menu to indicate the track where they should appear.

To allow students to submit assignments in one of the areas, select Drop Box from the access menu.
