Recovering a Clicker ID if It's No Longer Legible

If the REMOTE ID STICKER has faded from your iClicker, here is how to recover your remote ID number: 

If you registered your iClicker at some point in the past, call the iClicker technical support line at 866.209.5698 (9 AM – 11 PM M-F) or email support@iclicker.com.  They will locate your remote ID number for you based on your student ID and/or name so that you can reregister it.

If you never registered your iClicker and this is your first semester using it, go to Gasson 01 during regular business hours, and the IML staff will locate your remote ID number for you.
